Situated on a new residential area, this house give little away to the street of their interlocking balcony. The exterior expression of the development responds to its immediate context in which the front elevation is designed with elegant proportions of a timber screen and interlocking balcony.The main materials used throughout the project are elemental and enduring; stone wall, framed and complemented by black iron detailing is softened by natural oak surfaces wherever tactility is of main importance.
Role : Architect
  • Brainstorm ideas;
  • Seek and share inspiration and reference to support creative design solutions;
  • Develop design ideas and concepts;
  • Develop drawings, sketches, and 3d modeling to convey ideas and concepts;
  • Exploration of design options;
  • Assemble presentations using a variety of digital media, particularly Adobe InDesign;
  • Participating in building check;
  • Specificy materials and furnishing, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, etc.;
  • Preparing construction drawing;
  • Participting in meeting with suppliers, consultants and owner.
