Sawangan Day Club is a renovation project turning the client’s half finished house into a day club that will boast magnificent view of The Indian Ocean. Looking at the existing layout of the house we are turning the bedrooms into private dining spaces and the spacious living area into the bar and lounge.The proposed renovation is about creating contrast and pushing boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The contrast starts with different themes for the interior spaces but using similar material palettes to keep the flow of spaces. The exterior is embracing the outdoor nature with new pavilion buildings and swimming pool are set on the edges of the cliff overlooking Indian Ocean.
Role : Architect & Interior Designer
- Brainstorm ideas;
- Seek and share inspiration and reference to support creative design solutions;
- Develop design ideas and concepts;
- Develop drawings, sketches, and 3d modeling to convey ideas and concepts;
- Exploration of design options;
- Assemble presentations using a variety of digital media, particularly Adobe InDesign;
- Participating in building check;
- Specificy materials and furnishing, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, etc..
